Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirement for Customer technical support for the Apple authorised service center. Responsible to identify problem-related to hardware & software of Apple devices & accurate reporting in the system.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Desired Candidate profile
Fault diagnosis & resolution of iPhone, Mac OS desktop & Strong technical skills in troubleshooting of Apple Devices & provide solutions for Other technical/non-technical tasks in a timely manner.
